Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate voice/SMS infrastructure and channel partnerships
- Align partner capabilities with Serena enterprise phone/SMS product needs
- Coordinate technical evaluation with Engineering and Serena Configuration
- Activate co-selling or referral motions where commercially appropriate
- Maintain partner performance and risk reporting
- Support enterprise diligence questions about telephony stack choices
- Collaborate with API Partnerships where platform overlaps exist
- Keep GTM messaging accurate about Serena voice capabilities
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Partnerships experience in telecom, CPaaS, or voice AI ecosystems
- Comfort evaluating technical partner fit with engineering counterparts
- Commercial negotiation skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Prior work with Twilio-class CPaaS or carrier partnerships
- Experience selling into multi-location operators
- Familiarity with Canadian telephony regulatory basics
