What this seat owns
- Build recruiting pipelines for product, GTM, and international roles
- Create fair, documented HR policies aligned with Ontario and Canadian employment law
- Own onboarding, performance rhythms, and manager enablement
- Partner with leadership on org design as we enter new markets
What strong looks like
- HR leadership experience in startups or scale-ups
- Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards; multi-country exposure a plus
- High integrity, discretion, and operator empathy
