About this role
As Head of HR, you design MindReach people systems — hiring, onboarding, culture, performance, and compliance — for a distributed, ambitious team.
You will build recruiting pipelines for product, GTM, and international roles, and create fair documented policies aligned with Ontario and Canadian employment law.
The seat owns onboarding, performance rhythms, and manager enablement, and partners with leadership on org design as MindReach enters new markets.

Responsibilities
- Build recruiting pipelines for product, GTM, and international roles
- Create fair, documented HR policies aligned with Ontario and Canadian employment law
- Own onboarding, performance rhythms, and manager enablement
- Partner with leadership on org design for new markets
- Advise on multi-country employment considerations with external counsel as needed
- Uphold integrity, discretion, and candidate experience across the talent network
- Implement practical HR systems that fit a growth-stage company
- Support compensation frameworks that are clear and equitable
What strong looks like
Requirements
- HR leadership experience in startups or scale-ups
- Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards
- High integrity, discretion, and operator empathy
- Eligibility to work in Canada; Toronto hybrid with remote Canada considered

- Experience building recruiting for technical and GTM roles
