What this seat owns
- Corporate income tax, sales tax/HST/GST, and cross-border considerations
- Partner with Accounting and external advisors on filings and planning
- Build scalable tax processes and documentation for a multi-jurisdiction business
- Advise leadership on structure, incentives, and risk as we expand
What strong looks like
- CPA or equivalent with deep Canadian tax experience; US/KSA exposure a plus
- Experience in growth-stage tech, marketplace, or multi-entity organizations
- Calm under complexity; clear written recommendations for executives
