As Technical Implementation Specialist, you implement MindReach for growing providers and partners — listings configuration, provider tools, Serena setup, and light integrations that make the platform stick.
You lead technical onboarding for multi-location and priority accounts, configure workflows to match operator needs, and coordinate data imports with Product and Engineering.
You document playbooks that scale Implementation and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for multi-location and priority provider accounts
- Configure listings, provider tools, and Serena AI workflows to match operator needs
- Coordinate light integrations and data imports with Product and Engineering
- Document playbooks that scale Implementation and Customer Success
- Scope implementation plans alongside Solutions Consulting on enterprise deals
- Troubleshoot configuration issues before they become support tickets
- Track implementation milestones and go-live readiness
- Feed product friction to Engineering with clear reproduction detail
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Implementation, solutions, or technical CS experience in SaaS or marketplaces
- Comfort translating product capabilities into operator workflows
- Basic fluency with APIs, CSVs, and admin tooling
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Experience implementing marketplace or directory products
- Prior work with AI tool rollouts
- Light scripting or automation experience
