- Define reusable configuration templates by wellness vertical
- Partner with AI Safety and CSM on conversation quality and handoff rules
- Document golden-path Serena enterprise setups for Implementation
- Run configuration QA before go-live for strategic accounts
- Collect operator feedback that improves templates and product
- Support Solutions with accurate Serena capability narratives
- Maintain a configuration change log and rollback guidance
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Conversation design, AI product configuration, or voice/SMS CX experience
- Empathy for wellness operators and patient/client communication norms
- Detail orientation for templates, QA, and release checklists
