About this role
As Serena AI Implementation Specialist, you help providers and partners adopt Serena AI tools on MindReach — onboarding flows, use-case coaching, and feedback loops that improve activation and retention.
You create enablement content for common wellness use cases, monitor activation metrics, and intervene on stalled accounts.
You relay operator feedback to the Serena / AI team so product improves from real clinic and spa workflows.

Responsibilities
- Onboard providers onto Serena AI tools with clear success criteria
- Create enablement content for common wellness use cases
- Monitor activation metrics and intervene on stalled accounts
- Relay product feedback from operators to the Serena / AI team
- Partner with Customer Success on expansion and renewal signals
- Support Support with Serena-specific troubleshooting patterns
- Run office hours or cohort onboarding where volume justifies
- Document what good Serena usage looks like by provider type

- Implementation or customer education experience with AI or SaaS products
- Empathy for clinic and spa operators learning new digital tools
- Comfort measuring activation and iterating playbooks
- Eligibility to work in Canada
