About this role
As Provider Onboarding Specialist, you guide new wellness providers through MindReach listing setup — profiles, services, photos, and first Serena / tools activation — so they go live cleanly and quickly.
You run structured onboarding for clinics, studios, spas, and practitioners, ensure listing completeness against quality standards, and hand off healthy accounts to Customer Success.
Where relevant, you introduce the wellness job board so hiring-ready providers know how to use it.

Responsibilities
- Run structured onboarding for new clinics, studios, spas, and practitioners
- Ensure listing completeness against MindReach quality standards
- Introduce providers to Serena AI tools and the wellness job board where relevant
- Hand off healthy accounts to Customer Success with clear notes
- Track time-to-live and completion rates for onboarding cohorts
- Coordinate with Support on early account issues
- Improve onboarding checklists as product surfaces change
- Protect brand and photo / content quality in new listings
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Onboarding, implementation, or account coordination experience
- Detail orientation and comfort coaching non-technical operators
- Familiarity with wellness, clinic, or local-services businesses a plus
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Prior marketplace listing or local SEO onboarding experience
- Bilingual English/French
- Experience with photo and content quality reviews
