About this role
As Privacy Program Manager, you run MindReach’s privacy program across talent-network careers submissions, wellness job applications, provider data, Serena conversations, and enterprise partnerships.
You keep PIPEDA-aware processes and notices current, support DSRs with Security and Legal, and train teams on privacy-by-design for new enterprise features.

Responsibilities
- Maintain privacy policies, notices, and retention practices for core MindReach surfaces
- Support careers and job-board flows with lawful processing guidance
- Partner with Security and Legal on DSRs and partner data agreements
- Train internal teams on privacy-by-design for new enterprise features
- Review partner and Enterprise claims that touch personal information
- Document records of processing for key product surfaces
- Coordinate with People and Customer teams on candidate/operator requests
- Keep public Privacy Policy language accurate as products evolve
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Privacy program, privacy ops, or privacy counsel-adjacent experience in Canada
- Familiarity with PIPEDA and marketplace/SaaS data flows
- Clear writing for public notices and internal playbooks
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Nice to have
- CIPP/C or equivalent credential
- Experience with AI conversation data retention policies
- Prior work supporting job boards or talent-network products
