As MCP & Integrations Specialist, you own MindReach MCP server and AI agent API integrations — helping developers and partners connect agents to wellness directory search, blog, and platform endpoints.
You document integration patterns, troubleshoot auth, rate limits, and payloads with Engineering, and evangelize MindReach developer surfaces to AI tooling and partner teams.

Responsibilities
- Support MCP and developer API onboarding for partners and internal agents
- Document integration patterns for search, listings, and related endpoints
- Troubleshoot auth, rate limits, and payload issues with Engineering
- Evangelize MindReach developer surfaces to AI tooling and partner teams
- Maintain examples and smoke-test guidance for the MCP server
- Collect partner feedback that improves developer docs and DX
- Coordinate with Product on API access and agent-facing capabilities
- Represent MindReach accurately — no fabricated product claims
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Experience with APIs, developer relations, or integration engineering
- Familiarity with MCP, LLM tooling, or AI agent platforms is a strong plus
- Clear technical writing and partner-facing communication
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Prior work on public APIs or developer platforms
- TypeScript / Node familiarity for example code
- Experience with auth patterns (API keys, bearer tokens)

- Audit MCP / API docs and close critical DX gaps
- Support first-wave partner or internal agent integrations end-to-end
- Publish reusable integration examples for search and listings
- Establish a triage path with Engineering for integration incidents

- Operate a reliable MCP / integrations support motion
