As Marketplace Growth Manager, you drive supply and demand growth across the MindReach wellness directory, Serena tool adoption, and job-board hiring — experiments, funnels, and partner loops that compound marketplace density.
You partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales on funnel conversion, instrument marketplace KPIs, and surface insights that improve packaging for directory, Serena, and jobs.
You design experiments that are honest about what the product can do today.

Responsibilities
- Own growth experiments across provider acquisition and seeker engagement
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales on funnel conversion
- Instrument marketplace KPIs: listings quality, activation, and retention
- Surface insights that improve packaging for directory, Serena, and jobs
- Prioritize experiments with clear hypotheses and kill criteria
- Coordinate with Partnerships on loops that feed supply or demand
- Report growth outcomes without vanity metrics
- Align with RevOps on measurement definitions
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Marketplace, growth, or product-led growth experience
- Analytical mindset with comfort designing and reading experiments
- Cross-functional communication with GTM and Product partners
- Eligibility to work in Canada

- Prior work on directories, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms
- Experience with SEO / discovery growth
- Familiarity with wellness or local-services markets
