You negotiate and activate partnerships with legal, product, and go-to-market aligned — measuring partner-sourced discovery honestly and never fabricating coverage claims or customer logos.

Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and activate insurer and benefits partnerships
- Align partner offers with MindReach directory discovery and Serena experiences
- Coordinate legal, product, and GTM on activation checklists and claims review
- Measure partner-sourced discovery and engagement with honest reporting
- Maintain executive-ready pipeline and risk reporting
- Educate partners on what MindReach does and does not claim clinically
- Collaborate with Corporate Wellness and Head of Partnerships on overlaps
- Document playbooks for renewals and expansion of live alliances
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Partnerships or BD experience in insurance, benefits, or healthtech
- Comfort with complex multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Clear written communication for executives and partner legal teams
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Existing Canadian insurer or benefits relationships
- Experience launching member-facing digital discovery programs
- Familiarity with wellness or paramedical benefit categories

- Map priority insurer/benefits targets and publish a 12-month plan
