About this role
As Head of Revenue Operations, you build the RevOps system that connects MindReach Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing — CRM standards, forecasting, and GTM analytics across the wellness directory, Serena AI tools, enterprise partnerships, and the wellness job board.
You instrument funnel metrics from provider listings through enterprise deals and renewals, and partner with Finance and Product on pricing, packaging, and capacity planning.
This is a builder leadership seat: you install operating cadence leadership trusts, not a reporting-only function.
