Responsibilities
- Design and run multi-location rollout playbooks for franchise and group operators
- Coordinate listing quality, Serena AI setup, and hiring workflows by location
- Track time-to-value and escalate blockers with Product and Implementation
- Build reusable templates franchisors can cascade to franchisees
- Partner with Strategic CSM on account-level success definitions
- Maintain rollout dashboards leadership can inspect weekly
- Document risks unique to franchise governance and brand standards
- Ensure every activation claim maps to a real MindReach capability
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Rollout, implementation, or customer operations experience with franchise or multi-site brands
- Project management discipline across dozens of locations
- Empathy for operators adopting new digital tools
- Travel comfort a plus
- Eligibility to work in Canada
