As Enterprise Solution Architect, you design MindReach solutions for strategic enterprise and channel opportunities spanning wellness directory presence, Serena AI phone/SMS, Agent API/MCP integrations, job-board hiring, and Enterprise plan packaging.
You produce reference architectures, present to technical and executive buyers, and partner with Security, Integrations, and CSM so scopes are deliverable.
US-eligible candidates may support cross-border enterprise evaluations; claims stay tied to real MindReach products.

Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for strategic enterprise and channel opportunities
- Map MindReach product surfaces to operator and partner architectures
- Produce reference architectures for API/MCP and Serena enterprise setups
- Partner with Security, Integrations, and CSM on deliverable scopes
- Support RFPs and technical deep-dives with accurate product narratives
- Coach Solutions Consultants and AEs on architecture storytelling
- Feed product gaps to Engineering with clear enterprise impact
- Maintain an architecture library GTM can reuse
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Solution architecture or senior SE experience in SaaS, marketplace, or API platforms
- Ability to present architecture to both technical and executive buyers
- Hands-on fluency with APIs and integration patterns
- Eligibility to work in Canada; US authorization a plus
Nice to have
- Prior work with voice/SMS AI or CPaaS architectures
- Experience in wellness, health, or multi-location retail
- Familiarity with MCP or AI agent platforms
