About this role
As Enterprise Security & Compliance Lead, you own MindReach’s security and compliance posture for enterprise buyers evaluating the wellness directory, Serena AI, Agent API/MCP, and Enterprise plans.
You answer questionnaires, maintain controls evidence, partner with Engineering on pragmatic safeguards, and help Sales and Solutions tell honest trust narratives in RFPs.
You scale policies with partnership and enterprise motions without theater.

Responsibilities
- Own enterprise security questionnaires and compliance evidence packs
- Partner with Engineering on pragmatic controls for APIs, data, and AI surfaces
- Support Sales and Solutions on honest security narratives for RFPs
- Maintain policies that scale with Enterprise and partnership motions
- Coordinate with Privacy on overlapping diligence topics
- Run internal readiness reviews before major enterprise launches
- Track remediation items to closure with clear owners
- Educate GTM on what MindReach can and cannot assert about security
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Security, GRC, or compliance leadership in SaaS or marketplace companies
- Experience answering enterprise security reviews
- Ability to translate controls into clear buyer language
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Nice to have
- SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar program experience
- Familiarity with AI/LLM security questionnaires
- Prior work supporting healthcare or benefits-adjacent buyers

- Stand up a reusable enterprise security questionnaire response library
- Complete a controls gap assessment with Engineering
- Define an RFP support SLA with Sales and Solutions
