As Enterprise Integrations Engineer, you build and support integrations that connect MindReach Agent API/MCP, directory data, and Serena workflows to partner and enterprise systems.
You own practical patterns for auth, webhooks, rate limits, and error handling — documenting reusable connectors for Implementation and CSM while partnering with Security on safe data exchange.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise integration patterns against MindReach APIs and MCP
- Support partner engineering on auth, rate limits, payloads, and error handling
- Collaborate with Security on safe data exchange for enterprise accounts
- Document reusable connectors and runbooks for Implementation and CSM
- Build examples and smoke tests that reduce partner time-to-first-success
- Triage integration incidents with Engineering and escalate systemic gaps
- Advise Solution Architects on feasible scopes for complex deals
- Represent MindReach capabilities accurately in partner technical reviews
What strong looks like
Requirements
- Backend or integrations engineering experience with public APIs
- Familiarity with OAuth/API keys, webhooks, and partner data feeds
- Clear technical writing for partner engineers
- Eligibility to work in Canada; US work authorization a plus for cross-border partners
Nice to have
- Prior MCP, LLM tooling, or AI agent platform integrations
- TypeScript/Node experience for examples and tooling
- Experience in marketplace or health-adjacent platforms
