Wendy's journey into yoga began over two decades ago after a chronic pain-related illness. Transitioning from a corporate career to a focus on movement and well-being, Wendy now shares her extensive training in Hatha, Yin, Therapeutic, and Restorative yoga, Pilates, and more. Her classes emphasize breath, meditation, and mindful movement, tailored to individual needs.
