Circle Psychotherapy + Wellness was founded by Taylor Saunders, who envisioned a sanctuary for mental and emotional exploration in Oshawa, ON. With a background in psychology and counseling, Taylor and her team provide a warm, collaborative environment to help clients achieve their wellness goals. The center uses a trauma-informed approach, incorporating diverse strategies such as mindfulness and CBT, and emphasizes a biopsychosocial model to address the mind, body, and environment.
