This part-time position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy interacting with guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, pre-booking appointments, and managing the scheduling and confirmation of appointments.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent guest service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. A basic understanding of a Point of Sale System is essential, as you will be handling transactions and assisting guests with their needs. Being a team player is vital, as you will collaborate with a dedicated team of approximately 3 to 25 staff members to provide an exceptional experience for every guest.
