Well Labs+ Medspa Dallas is on the lookout for a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to embody the face, voice, and energy of our med spa. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for greeting clients with a warm welcome, managing appointments efficiently, and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for the entire visit, making it essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a genuine love for interacting with people.

As the first point of contact for our clients, your responsibilities will include not only managing the front desk but also creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. You will play a key role in maintaining the flow of operations, ensuring that every client feels valued and cared for. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a med spa, spa, salon, aesthetics, wellness, or medical office setting. A minimum of one year of customer service or front desk experience is preferred.
