Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics, a leading Medical Spa in Tampa, is on the lookout for a full-time MedSpa Patient Concierge (Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist). As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, scheduling appointments, and recommending memberships and treatments tailored to individual needs.

To thrive in this role, you should have prior experience in retail sales, spa/med spa, or luxury hospitality. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a polished professional appearance. A proven track record of achieving sales targets will set you apart, as will proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software. A passion for skincare and wellness is also a must, as you will be representing our brand and values.
