ÉLAN Aesthetics, a leading medical spa in Tampa, FL, is excited to announce an opening for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist. This role is crucial to our operations, as you will be responsible for opening and closing the medspa, checking clients in and out, and scheduling appointments. Your contributions will help maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring a positive experience for all clients who walk through our doors.

As a Front Desk Receptionist at ÉLAN Aesthetics, you will play a key role in our team, which has expanded from 5 to over 20 members since 2019. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced but also passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to multi-task and stay organized will be essential in managing the front desk efficiently while contributing to a collaborative work atmosphere.

If you have at least two years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a medical spa setting, we encourage you to apply. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
