What this seat owns
- Own US P&L thinking, launch sequencing, and regional prioritization
- Recruit and enable channel and retail partnership motions across key US metros
- Translate Canadian product strengths into US messaging and partner offers
- Build feedback loops from US operators into Product and Partnerships
What strong looks like
- Country or regional leadership experience in US consumer, health, or marketplace businesses
- Network in wellness, fitness, spa, or clinic ecosystems is a plus
- Strong operator instincts and comfort with ambiguity in a growth-stage company
- Eligibility to work in the United States
