Frequently Asked Questions

Q1:What is your session fee?

A 53-minute individual therapy appointment is $175. Virg does not participate in insurance plans and can support clients exploring out-of-network benefits.

Q2:Do you accept insurance?

No. Paying out-of-pocket is the practice model for privacy and flexibility. Major debit/credit and HSA/FSA cards are accepted; payment is due at the appointment.

Q3:Is there a cancellation policy?

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel. Late cancellations that cannot be rescheduled in the same week are responsible for the full session fee.

Q4:How often will we meet?

Most clients meet weekly. New clients are asked to start weekly for at least the first four weeks to build trust and a solid plan, then frequency can be revisited.

Q5:Do you see clients in person?

Yes. Virg welcomes clients into a quirky office in the heart of Fremont in Seattle, and can also see Washington clients virtually via telehealth.

Q6:How do I get started?
