50-minute individual psychotherapy is $175. An art kit is included at no extra cost after the first 3 sessions. Reduced fees may be available for Masters students, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA2S+ clients.

Jenny currently does not accept insurance directly but can provide a superbill for possible partial out-of-network reimbursement.
Q3:What is art therapy?
Art therapy uses creative expression to process thoughts and emotions that can be hard to reach through talk alone. No prior art experience is required.

Yes. Jenny is IFS Institute Level 1 trained and integrates Internal Family Systems with art therapy for teens and adults.
