Q1:What are your fees?
Individual counseling is $160 for 50 minutes (sliding scale $50–$160 based on need/availability). New-client intake sessions are $200. Individual coaching is $175 for 50 minutes.
Q2:Do you accept insurance?
I am in-network with Lifewise and Premera. For other plans I can provide a monthly statement for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Q3:Where do you see clients?
Secure telehealth for clients physically located in Washington State at the time of service.
Q4:What is your training?
Training in Gestalt, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Social Neurodivergent/Disability Model, with trauma-informed and relational practice. Clinical supervisor: Brandie Lourenco, MA, LMHC.
