I received my BS in Psychology from Tulane University and my MA in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College. I interned with the Portland VA PTSD specialty team and have training in IFS, Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing.

I work with LGBTQ+ clients, sex workers, BIPOC folks, empaths, Highly Sensitive People, survivors of childhood trauma, people navigating chronic dissociation, PTSD, anxiety, spiritual/religious trauma, and healers seeking their own support.
