My standard fee is $180–$200 for a 53-minute session. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available. Payment is due at the time of service via check, cash, or credit card.

I am in-network with Pacific Source, Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Providence, Moda, Aetna, and GEHA. I am also an out-of-network provider with most other companies and can provide documentation for reimbursement.
Q3:What issues do you work with?
I work with life challenges and transitions including anxiety, social anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, divorce/separation, body image, grief and loss, anger, relationship challenges, and codependency, with specialized EMDR and IFS training.
Q4:Do you offer couples or family counseling?
Yes. Couples work focuses on relationship repair, communication, emotional connection, and intimacy. Family counseling follows a Structural approach.
