Q1:What are your fees?

Initial intake session is $270. Ongoing 55-minute sessions are $250 and 90-minute sessions are $370. HSA/FSA cards may be used for non-covered expenses when available.

Q2:Do you take insurance?

Yes. I am an in-network provider with Moda, Blue Cross, and PacificSource Health Plans. For other plans I can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.

Q3:What is your therapeutic approach?

I use Masculine Embodied Neuropsychology (M.E.N.), which combines neuroscience, psychology, and embodiment practices to help men understand nervous-system patterns, regulate emotions, and create meaningful connection.

Q4:What are your qualifications?

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development. Over the past 15 years I have completed more than 20,000 clinical hours supporting people through relationship, anxiety, addiction, and identity challenges.

Q5:Do you offer couples therapy?

I primarily support men individually. For ongoing couples therapy I usually recommend connecting with a dedicated marriage and family therapist while I continue to support you individually.
