My approach is humanistic and draws on Adlerian, Gestalt, IFS, Gottman, and Narrative therapies, tailored to each client’s needs around trauma, relationships, and life transitions.
Q5:What are your credentials?
I am an AMFT and APCC, hold a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Marriage and Family emphasis) from Palo Alto University, and am pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision while teaching as an adjunct there. Associate clinical work is supervised.
