My journey towards establishing Espace santé Shanti began with a personal experience that reshaped my understanding of health. A chance encounter with a TCM practitioner opened my eyes to the profound impact of holistic care. I delved into the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine, studying acupuncture, herbal pharmacology, and the intricate relationships between body and mind.
