The seeds of Ayurveda par Eléonore were sown from a deeply personal quest for balance in my life. Years ago, overwhelmed by the chaos of modern living, I stumbled upon the ancient practices of Ayurveda during a transformative trip back to my roots. Enchanted, I realized its potential to harmonize not just the body, but the heart and soul as well. I pursued formal training in this healing art, fueled by the desire to share these life-changing principles with my community in Sherbrooke, QC. What drives me is witnessing transformations—seeing how a simple shift in perspective, a new approach to health, or even a well-timed herb can turn someone’s day around. Every client who walks through the door carries their own story, and it's an honor to be part of that narrative. I pour my soul into every session, creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and nurtured.
