The genesis of Institut de taoïsme Fung Loy Kok - Tai Chi Taoïste® - Québec is deeply personal for me. My journey into Tai Chi began as a quest for balance amidst life's chaos. After struggling with the demands of contemporary living and feeling disconnected from my core, I discovered the profound teachings of Tai Chi Taoïste®. This transformative practice not only offered me physical strength but also restored my inner calm. With this newfound purpose, I envisioned a space where others could experience similar enlightenment. I opened our institute in Limoilou, passionate about sharing the timeless lessons of Tai Chi.
