Our Story

Sööma believes people can achieve health and wellness without strict guidelines, rules or diets. The clinic offers compassionate, client-centered treatment for eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating, as well as sports nutrition for athletes and gentle nutrition for those with medical conditions. Through individual nutrition counseling, psychotherapy, and supportive groups, Sööma helps clients heal their relationship with food. The team includes dietitians and psychologists who take a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive approach. Virtual and in-person services are available, with group programs including restaurant exposure, anti-diet groups, and BIPOC eating disorder support.
