Our Story

The seeds of Naturopathy & World Indigenous Wellness were sown from my childhood in a family that celebrated natural remedies and the beauty of ancestral traditions. Growing up, I often watched my grandmother, a healer in our community, harness the power of plants. Her respect for the earth and her intuitive gifts profoundly shaped my understanding of wellness. Seeking to honor that legacy, I pursued formal training in naturopathy while immersing myself in Indigenous healing practices. Each step on this journey felt like coming home. The marriage of these diverse modalities not only informs my practice but also allows clients to connect with their own histories. It’s a reflection of my mission: to reclaim health through knowledge and cultural richness. I’ve witnessed the transformative power that this approach holds, not just for individuals but for the community at large.
