Our Story

My journey into holistic health began quite personally. Years ago, I faced my own health challenges which traditional medicine couldn’t resolve. This led me on an exploration of naturopathy and integrative practices. I vividly remember the epiphany I had while studying herbal medicine in the lush gardens of Montreal. I realized that healing needed a more personal touch, one that honors the unique story of every individual. That was the seed for opening the Centre Intégratif de Santé. I wanted to create a place where people could feel safe, understood, and empowered in their health journeys. Every client brings a unique history and a set of challenges that deserve attention, and I strive to honor that with every treatment. My passion lies in educating clients and providing tools they can use every day to nurture their well-being.
