Founded by Laurie-Anne, a published scientific immunologist and microbiologist with over 24 years of experience in physical activity, For Colored Girls Health Well emerged from a need for a supportive fitness community for women of color. The center aims to broaden access to healthcare and promote health within families and communities, providing innovative and sustainable fitness solutions.
