The inspiration behind Tai Chi Laval was born from a personal journey. Many years ago, while facing my own struggles with stress and anxiety, I stumbled upon the graceful world of tai chi. It captivated me and became a lifeline—a way to reconnect with my breath and body. Inspired by its profound impact, I trained to become a certified instructor. I wanted to share this gentle yet powerful practice with others who might be struggling in today’s fast-paced society. Every day, I strive to create a space where individuals can not only learn tai chi but also explore the meditative and therapeutic aspects it offers. Witnessing my students grow in confidence and serenity fuels my passion; it’s what leads me to open my doors here in Laval, QC.
