Our Story
Christine Parker, a Registered Massage Therapist since 2001, has evolved her practice to include bioenergetic work and nervous system coaching. Based in Kitchener-Waterloo, she helps clients reduce pain and stress, empowering them to return to the activities they love. Christine is also the founder of Energy Rebel Adventures, bringing B.E.S.T., breathwork, and energy work to group retreats in various locations.
