My journey into integrative medicine began in my childhood, fueled by a deep curiosity about plant-based healing and the body's remarkable ability to restore itself. Raised in a family that valued natural remedies and self-care, I grew to appreciate how interconnected our well-being truly is. After earning my credentials as a Naturopathic Doctor, I knew I wanted to create a space that not only facilitated healing but resonated with compassion and understanding. Each patient interaction is a new chapter in my story, guiding me to refine my methods and tailor care precisely to their experiences and aspirations. Today, that vision is realized within these walls on Lee Avenue, where I witness daily how small shifts can lead to significant transformations. The smile on a client’s face after they reclaim their energy or the gratitude expressed when someone feels heard for the first time encapsulates why I chose this path.
