Our Story

Years ago, I found myself exhausted from the relentless pace of life. I sought refuge in the gentle practice of Tai Chi, which opened my eyes to the power of balance and mindfulness. While navigating my own healing journey, I also dabbled in art therapy, discovering how creativity could articulate feelings that words often failed to express. Merging these paths became my natural calling. In founding Seek-Within Intuitive Art & Wellness, my goal evolved beyond personal transformation; I sought to create a sanctuary for others yearning for peace and self-discovery. Each class, whether Tai Chi or Reiki, draws upon my personal experiences and understanding of wellness. It’s a space where I encourage others to find their center while navigating life's challenges with grace and self-compassion.
