St. Catharines Prenatal Massage, led by Stacey Adam, specializes in providing tailored massage therapy for expectant and new mothers, focusing on prenatal, postpartum, and therapeutic massages to alleviate discomfort and promote well-being.
Hi! I’m Stacey Adam, Registered Massage Therapist, and owner of St. Catharines Prenatal Massage. My mission is pretty simple: MAKING YOUR PREGNANT BODY FEEL BETTER! I’ve been a massage therapist since 2002, and have always felt a strong pull to serve pregnant women. I want them to get comfortable for once, feel honoured and respected as their bodies change, and to be truly supported throughout their pregnancy. I have both studied and taught pregnancy massage and infant massage. In addition to having two children of my own, I have experience as a labour support doula. As an experienced massage therapist for prenatal and postpartum care, my goal is to help women feel good, hurt less, and sleep better. I have the proper equipment and knowledge to confidently handle high-risk and low-risk pregnancies. I love how it feels to witness the true strength of women through the beautiful journey of motherhood. I look forward to meeting you!
