My journey into Ayurveda began many years ago in India, where I was captivated not just by the practices, but by their life-changing effects on my community. Surrounded by generations who embraced this rich tradition, I witnessed transformations that sparked my passion. Upon moving to Ottawa, I felt a calling to share that knowledge and experience here. Vedic Health Care was born out of a desire to create a space where ancient wisdom could harmonize with the needs of modern urban life. I am driven by the stories of each individual who walks through our doors, inspired by their struggles and triumphs on their wellness journey. My goal has always been simple: to foster a nurturing environment of trust and personalized care, where individuals discover their best selves through Ayurveda.
