From a young age, I was captivated by the natural world surrounding us. Growing up hiking the trails of Ontario, I developed a deep appreciation for the healing properties of plants and the earth's bounty. My journey into naturopathic medicine stemmed from the realization that traditional approaches often overlook the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. After earning my degree as a Naturopathic Doctor, I knew I wanted to create a space in Newmarket where individuals could find healing through nature. My passion lies in empowering my patients with the knowledge that they can actively participate in their health journeys. It’s not merely about treatment; it’s about education and empowerment.
