The Lantzville Wellness Centre was born out of my own journey toward natural healing and self-discovery. After years in the corporate world, I felt a calling toward holistic health that I could no longer ignore. My travels through India immersed me in Ayurveda’s rich traditions. Upon returning, my dream quickly transformed into reality as I set up this sanctuary in Lantzville, driven by a deep desire to share these time-honored practices with my community. Far from a mere business, this centre embodies my belief in nurturing the mind, body, and spirit for overall well-being. Every client has a story that deserves to be heard and treated with compassion. I see it as my purpose to guide them through their personal healing journeys, blending my knowledge with their unique experiences. Watching people reclaim their health through natural means is the most rewarding part of this path I've chosen.
