Empowering adults 50+ to stay active, engaged, and inspired, the Active Adult Centre of Mississauga has been serving the community for over 32 years. With a mission to promote active living, social engagement, and lifelong learning, the center offers diverse programs including active classes, creative arts, dance, and educational workshops. The facility is a hub for cultural diversity and community bonding, with over 46,000 participant interactions annually and a dedicated team of volunteers.
