Innova Integrated Wellness Centre, located in the heart of Mississauga, is a modern, multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and live better. Founded by Dr. Lisa Ramsackal, the clinic offers a wide range of services including chiropractic care, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropody, and psychotherapy—all under one roof.
Our Story
The vision for INNOVA INTEGRATED WELLNESS CENTRE was born from my own struggles with wellness. As a child, I often faced anxiety and felt disconnected from my body. It wasn't until I discovered sound therapy during my university years that everything changed. The impact was profound; it became my passion to share this healing art with others. I realized that wellness isn't merely the absence of sickness—it's about harmony, balance, and profound healing. Establishing this wellness centre in Mississauga was a journey of love. I wanted to create a space where individuals could rediscover themselves, much like I did. Here, every treatment is carefully curated and approaches health from multiple angles. It's about understanding each person's unique story, integrating various modalities to cater to their specific needs.
