Treatment involves the professional services and interventions provided to address the specific mental health concerns of a client. This may include therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help individuals manage or overcome their challenges. And represents the connection between Support, Treatment, and Recovery. It signifies that these elements are not separate stages, but interwoven parts of a holistic process. Each complements and strengthens the others—support fosters engagement in treatment, treatment facilitates recovery, and recovery deepens one’s capacity to seek and sustain support.
