Growing up in Kerala, the land recognized as the cradle of Ayurveda, I was immersed in its healing principles from a young age. Watching my grandmother heal our family with a blend of herbs and holistic practices ignited a passion within me. When I moved to Canada, I felt a deep yearning to share this wisdom. Establishing Haritha in Mississauga was not just about creating a business; it was about building a community centered on health, connection, and renewal.
