Our Story

It all began with a simple passion for movement and a desire to share its beauty. Having practiced Tai Chi for many years, I felt a calling to pass on this art to my fellow Milton residents. As I saw people seeking solace from their hectic lives, I realized that the principles of Tai Chi could offer not just physical benefits, but emotional refuge as well. The journey from hobbyist to instructor was filled with challenges, yet each step deepened my appreciation for the craft. Chi Combat System Canada was born from this journey, aiming to create an inclusive space where everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, could discover the profound impact of Tai Chi on their well-being. It is more than just a form of exercise; it’s a way to connect with oneself and others. Watching my students thrive and build a community inspires me every day, confirming that this path was meant for me.
